A.I. Technology Group Co., Ltd., consisting of A.I. Technology Co., Ltd., Tokai Gauge Technology Co., Ltd., A.I. Foundry & Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and AI Innovative Plus Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “we”) respects the privacy rights of our customers, including individuals who operate on behalf of customers who are legal entities (hereinafter referred to as “Processing”). To ensure that your personal data is protected, we have created this Privacy Policy to inform you about the details related to the collection, use, and disclosure (collectively referred to as “Processing”), including the deletion and destruction of your personal data through both online and other channels as required by applicable personal data protection laws.

1.1 To process your request for job application with us, such as recruitment procedures, qualification verification, pre-employment selection, and fulfilling agreements related to internships, including payment of internship compensation and provision of benefits derived from the internship.
1.2 For legitimate interests of our company or others, such as analyzing and maintaining a database, managing and improving the recruitment and selection process, evaluating internship performance, sending job-related updates, preparing internship or employment contracts in cases of successful selection, and exercising legal claims.
1.3 To prevent or mitigate harm to your life, body, or health, or that of others, such as emergency contact or the control and prevention of communicable diseases.
1.4 To comply with legal obligations, such as adhering to statutory provisions, regulations, and orders of legally authorized authorities.
1.5 As necessary for performing tasks in the public interest or exercising official authority assigned to us.
1.6 To fulfill purposes based on your consent, such as consenting to share your job or internship application information with companies within the A.I. Technology Group.
2. Personal Data Collected
2.1 Information as specified in the application form, including:
(1) Documents provided by you, such as resumes, curriculum vitae (CV), cover letters, application forms, and recruitment evaluation forms.
(2) Personal details, such as name, surname, gender, date of birth, weight, height, ID card or passport number, blood type, nationality, religion, and marital status.
(3) Contact details, such as address, email address, phone number, and social media information.
(4) Work conditions, such as willingness to work in other provinces or preferred work locations.
(5) Information about your spouse, children, parents, including their names, ID numbers, birthdates, nationality, blood types, education, address, and phone numbers.
(6) Details about your family members or dependents.
(7) Photos and video recordings.
(8) Educational background, skills, personal development, and other qualifications, such as academic level, degree, institution, training history, academic results, test scores, legal work permits, professional qualifications, language skills, and references.
(9) Work experience and past employment details, such as job titles, employer details, salary, and benefits.
(10) Work location preferences.
(11) Military service status.
(12) Driving abilities.
(13) Details of references and emergency contacts.
2.2 Information obtained from assessments of your traits, such as personality, behavior, attitudes, aptitudes, skills, leadership, teamwork abilities, and emotional intelligence, which may be derived from observation and analysis during your participation in our activities.
2.3 Information required for reporting to regulatory authorities, such as the Ministry of Labor.
2.4 Information collected from you, such as data provided during the application process, interviews, tests, or participation in activities.
2.5 Information you choose to share and disclose through our systems, applications, tools, surveys, or services.
2.6 Identification documents, such as copies of government-issued documents (e.g., ID card, driver’s license, passport), and other documents (e.g., house registration, certificates, diplomas, transcripts).
2.7 Other information necessary for recruitment, internship agreements, benefits management, and compliance with laws.
2.8 For interns, additional information collected includes:
(1) Parental or guardian information, such as names, address, and contact numbers, for emergency purposes.
(2) Bank account details for internship allowance payments.
(3) Intern attributes and performance information, such as personality, behavior, attitudes, aptitudes, skills, leadership, teamwork abilities, emotional intelligence, discipline, and work performance, including attendance records and work hours for evaluation purposes.
(4) Other details, such as referee information.
2.9 If you are selected as an employee, additional personal data will be collected as outlined in the Privacy Policy for Job Applicants, Intern Applicants, and Interns of the A.I. Technology Group.
3. Sensitive Personal Data
3.1 We may need to collect and process your sensitive personal data for the purposes outlined in this privacy policy.
3.2 We may process your sensitive personal data in the following cases:
(1) Health Information
Such as weight, height, underlying medical conditions, color blindness, physical examination results, food allergies, drug allergies, blood type, medical certificates, and medical history. This is for labor protection, work capability evaluation, and compliance with applicable laws.
(2) Biometric Data

(5) Other Sensitive Personal Data for Legitimate Purposes
For instance, to prevent or mitigate harm to life, body, or health in cases where you are unable to provide consent, to use publicly disclosed data with your explicit consent, to exercise legal claims, or to achieve objectives related to labor protection, social security, and employee welfare.
3.3 In necessary cases, we will process your sensitive personal data only with your explicit consent or for other purposes permitted by law. We will make every effort to implement sufficient security measures to protect your sensitive personal data.
3.4 Criminal record information will be collected through evidence provided by you or with your consent for verification by authorized agencies. We will implement protective measures for such information as required by law.

6.4 If you are selected for employment or an internship, we will continue to retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of your employment or internship.
6.5 If we use your personal data with your consent, we will process it until you request to withdraw your consent, and we will proceed with your request accordingly. However, we will still retain your personal data as necessary to keep a record of your withdrawal of consent, to respond to future requests.
6.6 We have a system in place to review and delete or destroy personal data once the retention period has expired or when it is no longer relevant or necessary for the purposes of the data collection.
7. Disclosure of Personal Data to Other Parties
7.1 We disclose and share your personal data with:
(1) The A.I. Technology Group, which includes A.I. Technology Co., Ltd., Tokai Gauge Technology Co., Ltd., A.I. Foundry & Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and A.I. Innovative Plus Co., Ltd.
(2) Other individuals and legal entities that are not part of our group (“Other Parties”) to achieve the purposes of collecting and processing personal data as outlined in this privacy policy. This may include service providers related to recruitment and personnel selection, employment, security, background checks, qualification and competency testing, information systems, financial institutions, business partners, IT system developers, government agencies, and other necessary parties for us to conduct our business and provide services to you, as well as to perform actions related to the objectives of collecting and processing personal data as specified in this privacy policy.
