2. Personal Data Collected
2.1 When you participate in any of our activities, whether the activity is organized by us, a third party we have hired, or an event we are involved in organizing, we will collect personal data when you attend the activity or enter our premises. The personal data we collect may include:
Registration and participation data such as name, surname, age, address, contact number, email, online chat, and social media.
Images and sounds, both still images and videos (captured during seminars, photos, and videos at the event venue).
Details of past activities or events you have attended or registered for.

2.2 When you are a visitor entering our premises, we may collect personal data as follows:
(1) When you enter our premises, we collect footage from our Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras. However, we do not collect audio from the CCTV cameras. We will provide notices indicating the use of CCTV cameras in our premises.
(2) Visitor records:
Personal data we collect may include name, surname, phone number, email, ID card details, or similar identification documents.
If you enter our premises by vehicle, we will collect the vehicle registration number.
(3) When you use our Wi-Fi services, you must register. The personal data we collect to provide Wi-Fi services includes name, surname, phone number, and email.
2.3 We may need to collect and process special categories of personal data as required by applicable data protection laws for purposes outlined in this privacy policy, such as:

5.2 Regarding CCTV footage:
Under normal circumstances, your personal data may be retained for up to 30 days.
In necessary cases, such as when the data is required as evidence for investigations, legal proceedings, or upon request from the data subject, personal data may be retained beyond 30 days. The company will securely delete the data once the purpose has been fulfilled.
