The group of companies A.I. Technology Co., Ltd., which includes A.I. Technology Co., Ltd., Tokai Gauge Technology Co., Ltd., A.I. Foundry & Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and A.I. Innovative Plus Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ‘we’) respects the privacy rights of customers, including individuals acting on behalf of customers who are legal entities (hereinafter referred to as ‘you’). (4) For sending communications and benefits through letters, emails, SMS, applications, social media, phone calls, and direct mail.
(5) For exercising legal claims.
1.3 To prevent and mitigate harm to life, body, or health of you or others, such as in emergency contact situations, controlling and preventing communicable diseases.
1.4 To comply with the law, such as compliance with legal provisions, regulations, and orders from authorities under the law.
1.5 For performing tasks in the public interest or exercising public authority entrusted to us.
1.6 In cases where you provide consent, we will process your personal data for the specific purpose defined in each consent to conduct activities beyond those mentioned above. We may collect additional personal data, and we will notify you and request your consent again from time to time.

(3) Work-related information, such as employment history and performance, employment data, and information related to managing safety, occupational health, and working conditions, including compensation, bank account numbers, and financial data.
2.2 When you enter our premises, we may capture your image using closed-circuit television (CCTV). We do not collect audio via CCTV, and we will notify you that CCTV is in use within our premises.
2.3 When you contact us or participate in any activities with us, we may collect personal data as follows:

5.2 Regarding CCTV footage: (1) Under normal circumstances, your personal data may be retained for up to 30 days. (2) In necessary cases, such as when the data is required as evidence for investigations, inquiries, or legal proceedings, or when requested by the data subject, the data may be retained for longer than 30 days. The company will securely delete the data once the purpose is fulfilled.
5.3 We have a monitoring system in place to delete or destroy personal data once it reaches the end of the retention period or is no longer relevant or necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
5.4 If we process your personal data based on your consent, we will continue processing the data until you withdraw your consent and we have completed your request. However, we will still retain your personal data as necessary for record-keeping purposes regarding your withdrawal of consent, so that we can respond to any future requests.
